OREANDA-NEWS. On April 15, 2008 Almaty distillery plant JSC (Almaty), securities of which are included into the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "B" official list, provided to KASE a copy of the protocol of the company's Board of Directors meeting of April 1, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the submitted document, the Board of Directors made the following decisions:

- dismiss Akhmetov Askar Abzhalievich from duties of the company's President beginning April 1, 2008 based on the submitted application;

- assign Zhunusbaev Rashid Karimovich to the abovementioned position beginning April 1, 2008.
