On April 15, 2008 Danabank JSC (Almaty, further the Bank), shares and bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), category "A", informed KASE in the official letter that S. Sarzhanova was appointed as the chief accountant and now is the member of the Management Board of the Bank by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank of February 18, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the Bank S. Sarzhanova candidate was agreed with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations April 7, 2008.
