Machinery complex is important element of native economics, defining level of manufacturing and personnel potentials of the country, defensive ability of the state, and also stable functioning of all branches. Perspectives of its development directly depend not only on development perspectives of the country, but also from machinery engineers theirselves: either Russia will occupy leading place among leading countries, possessing high technological industry and producing competitive production for world markets, or will play raw-export role of developed countries economics, reported the press-centre of Tractor plants.

Responding to the requests of the time, leadership of the Concern “Tractor plants” decided to carry out annual award “Golden staff of the Concern “Tractor plants”. By decision of Guardian council of the award from April 2008 in all structural departments of the Concern has begun countdown in struggle for right to be a laureate of corporative award.

Award “Golden staff of the Concern “Tractor plants” isn’t assignee of previous competitions carried out at the enterprises of the Concern at different times. Today’s award, for which will be struggling representatives of 45 thousand collective, is called to consolidate associates, professionals of highest level, targeted the effective, command decision of strategic tasks of the Concern.

The format of the Award covers 8 constituent entity of Russian Federation and foresees active and wide participation in competition process all the structural departments, business units of the Concern. There are no any barriers limited free participation of workers in the competition, number of nominations is expanded, the main criteria of challengers selection will be opinion of work collective.
