On 16 April 2008 was announced, that pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC and according to the Order of UTK CEO, on April 9, 2008 Alexey Borodinsky was appointed Deputy Director General – Director of the Karachaevo-Cherkessia branch of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC.

Alexey Borodinsky was born in 1967 in the town of Essentuki of the Stavropol kray. In 1995 he graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with a diploma of telecommunications engineer.

In 2001 – 2004 he was the Technical Director, Chief Engineer of the Essentuki Joint Communications Center. In 2004-2005 he held the post of the Chief Engineer at Pyatigorsk City Communications Center. In 2005 he was appointed Deputy Director - Technical director of the Stavropol branch of "UTK" PJSC.

On April 10, 2008 UTK CEO Alexander Andreev presented Alexey Borodinsky to the workers of the Karachaevo-Cherkessia branch and wished him success in work and in realization of 2008 plans of telecommunications development in the Republic.
