OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 April 2008 was announced, that seminars took place in Orelenergo branch of IDGC of Centre last week dedicated to formation of the development strategy of the regional branch till 2015. 

Managers of Orelenergo, central body of IDGC of Centre and Fainomika Company took part in the seminars. The main result of the two-day brain storm became development of the Mission, Values, Vision and Tree of the goals of the branch.

According to Deputy General Director for IТ and Management Technologies of IDGC of Centre Pavel Obukhov, it is very important that the materials developed at seminars were close to all employees of IDGC of Centre and regional teams which make the basis of the team and its support. It is impossible to count on achievement of the purposes being based only on efforts of a small group of the adherents, even of the top level: General Director of the company, his close management environment.

The team should become the force which will lead IDGC of Centre to prosperity, will make it the leader among power companies, will allow to meet the requirements of any serious strategic investor.

It should be noted that the strategy of development of IDGC of Centre was worked out up to 2015 last year, as well as the strategy of development of the regional network branches of the Kostroma, Bryansk and Lipetsk areas. This year it is planned to generate the strategy for other branches of the "Interregional distribution grid company of Centre".
