OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2008. The Board of Directors held its regular session. CEO Igor Konovalov presented his monthly report on 2008 plan performance. The Board made recommendations to Inprom's executive bodies on the company's business activities, and approved procedures on the preparation of the company's financial and economic plan. The Board approved the schedule and procedures for the meetings of the Audit, Strategic Planning, and Staff and Remuneration committees in 2Q08.
