OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2008. The Gazprom Headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee and Josef Ackermann, Chairman of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank AG.

The parties discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation addressing, in particular, the possibilities of consulting Gazprom on corporate financing issues, merger and acquisition transactions, assets purchases as well as the Bank’s participation in the Company’s top priority projects financing and syndicated loans for internal needs of Gazprom.
