OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2008. Azerigazbank (AG Bank) JSC intends to create a subsidiary brokerage company. The affair will be considered at the shareholders' meeting on May 13. The meeting will also consider four issues (increase in the bank's share in AG Leasing Company, confirmation of the signed agreements on the sale of a certain amount of the bank's shares to a foreign investor, amendments in the bank's Charter related to this, and the approval of the new agreements with international financial institutions).
