In December, 2006 all interested investors were openly invited to take part in rehabilitation of the enterprise. Please note that the company had been sick for 6 years and nobody would treat it, reported the press-centre of SCM.

We arrived and to cure it provided UAH 1 bn to repay payables. We paid back the debt to all creditors and were expected to provide another UAH 1 bn to develop the enterprise. Today the company is in good health, ambitious, and confident in its future.
 
We respect the decision of the court. The court has made THIS decision. Now we have two options of response: either to challenge the court decision or accept it. It the second case the state must pay us back about UAH 1 bn that we have invested to settle accounts payable.

Who was the major creditor? The state was. So, the state must return the money to us. Soon we will choose the way and DTEK managers will announce it.
