OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2008. The composition of the Management Board was changed by the decision of the Supervisory Council of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, reported the press-centre of “UkrSibbank”.

The following people were appointed to the Management Board:

Taras Kyrychenko, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board,

Sergiy Naumov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Head of Corporate Banking Department,

Jean Albert Fratoni, Head of Compliance and Reengineering Department,

Francois Andre Jesualdo Benaroya, Head of Retail Banking Support and Development Department,

Michel Simon Aleksandr Choreіn, Director of IT Development Project,

Radoslaw Michal Kuczynski, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Iryna Maryanko and Valeriy Bоgushоv, Deputy Chairmen of the Management Board, were withdrawn the Management Board membership.

Iryna Maryanko remains the head of operations support hierarchy holding the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of “UkrSibbank”.

Valeriy Bogushov remains in charge of Security Department at “UkrSibbank” holding the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Head of Security Department.

“The decision of the Supervisory Council on changes in the composition of the Management Board was due to enhancement of retail banking as a strategic direction of the Bank’s development. Nevertheless, “UkrSibbank” has no intentions to give in the leading positions in large corporate client servicing and is planning to remain the best investment bank of the country”, commented upon Oleksandr Adarich, Chairman of the Management Board of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”.
