OREANDA-NEWS. On April 09, 2008 agreement between governor of Krasnoyarsk region Alexandr Khloponin and President of the Concern “Tractor plants” Mikhail Bolotin has been signed, reported the press-centre of Concern “Tractor plants”.

This document is foresees the construction of wage works in Nazarovo city. Planned capacity of the plant is 6 thousand wagons per year. First batch of products will be produced already to the end of 2008. The investments will be around 4 bln. rubles. According preliminary calculations as the result of realization of this project the consolidated budget of the region will receive annually around 121 mln. rubles.

“We initiate the opening of the plant on the basis of available assets and taking into consideration existing acute shortage of freight wagons in the country, so we’re planning to provide the market by wagons with high axle load of 25 tons”, - said Head of the Concern “Tractor plants” Mikhail Bolotin.

According to the deputy of the Governor of the region Edham Akbulatov, this project has good economical perspectives. “Creation of wagons assembly manufacture is extremely actual for our region. This will be profitable project, from our point of view, because there is lack of wagons. From time to time forestry and mining enterprises face this problem. Lack of wagons in average by the country is 30 thousand units. So, of course, those wagons, which will be produced at the territory of Krasnoyarsk region will be in demand”, - said deputy of the Governor.

Within the frames of reached arrangements also discussed the agreement of development of “Krasnoyarsk combine plant” JSC (a member of the Concern “Tractor plants”). This year the plant already increased production of main type of the products by 226%. The increase is happened due to the implementation to the manufacture much more productive and reliable equipment.
