OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2008. A.F. Manoilo was born in Riga in 1956, reported the press-centre of Russian Post.

In 1979 he graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (State University), engineer-physicist degree. After graduating was engaged in scientific, administrative and party activities. In 1987 A.F. Manoilo graduated from Moscow Institute of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze, production management degree.

Since 1991 A.F. Manoilo worked in Sberbank as Head of Currency Control Department, Vice Manager of Sbernank RF Department in Tsaritsyno, Moscow. Since 1993 worked in Central Administration of Sbernank RF where he held positions in following succession: Credit Financing Director, Operation Administration Director, Analytical Control Director, Treasury Manager, Financing Management Director. Since 1994 A. Manoilo was the Member of Sberbank RF Board. From 2003 till February 2008 he worked as Vice Chairman of the Board of Sberbank, Director of Internal Control, Inspection and Audit Administration.

A.F. Manoilo works in Russian Post since February, 2008.
