OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 April 2008 was announced, that the training conference called Multifunction complexes. Mixed-use: all the pros and cons will run in Holiday Inn Suschevsky, Moscow, from April 17 to 18, 2008.

The first day of the event will be devoted to the discussion of the world’s experience of construction and development of multifunction complexes, the western technologies in unitary standards of the management of such complexes and the problems of designing mixed-use complexes.

A program of the conference also includes the master classes on selecting a format and on working out concepts of mixed-use objects.

The components of success of the modern infrastructure of multifunction buildings, the examples of combinations of various types of real estate, a specificity of a hotel component included in a mixed-use object will be talked over on the 2nd day.

The conference will involve the representatives of major development, investment and consulting companies.
