OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 April 2008 was announced, that A hotel for guests to the Russian capital is to be built in Severnoe Chertanovo, south Moscow, by 2010.

“The hotel designed for 100 guests is planned to be put up on Balaklavsky Prospekt,” a source from the city administration said.

The source added that all necessary pre-project documentation was to be elaborated in 2008, whereupon the construction would be launched. According to the city authorities of Moscow, the hotel will promote the further development of tourism infrastructure, provide the guests from other towns and countries with comfort accommodation and improve a visual environment of the southern administrative district of Moscow.

An investor having a right to build the hotel is to be selected due to the results of the city tender.
