OREANDA-NEWS. On April 11, 2008 Shymkent Munai Onideri JSC (South Kazakhstan region), shares of which are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "B", informed KASE in its official letter that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held May 8, 2008 at 12:00; the only question on the agenda of the meeting is determination of the auditing organization to conduct an audit of the annual financial statements of the company for 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The venue of the meeting is: the 7th km. of the Lengerskoe Highway, Shymkent.

The list of the shareholders entitled to participate at the extraordinary general meeting is compiled as on April 9, 2008.

In case of absence of quorum the recurrent meeting is to be held May 9, 2008 at the same time and address as aforementioned.
