OREANDA-NEWS. Inprom on April 9 issued six-month promissory notes totaling 300 million rubles (about \\$12.8 million at the current exchange rate) under the first stage of a new note program launched by the company jointly with Veles Capital Investment Company, the organizer of the issue.

Inprom launched its note programs in August 2003. As of April 11, 2008 Inprom's notes to the amount of 675 million rubles (about \\$12.7 million) are in circulation.
