OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 April 2008 was announced, that the next meeting of the Commission for Preparation and Conclusion of the Collective Agreement of IDGC of Centre took place.

Representatives of employees took part in it: chairmen of the trade-union organizations of branches and territorial organizations of the trade union forming a part of the Council of Representatives of Chairmen of Trade-Union Organizations of IDGC of Centre, and representatives of the employer – the company’s heads and employees.

The draft collective agreement was in detail considered during the meeting; discussions took place. Participants made a decision to direct the draft agreement for discussion to labour teams of branches of IDGC of Centre.
