OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 April 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors of JSC OGK-5 adopted the resolution about the convention of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company on May 28, 2008.

The shareholders’ meeting will take place in the Congress Centre (Entrance 7, Floor 4, Ladoga hall), World Trade Centre, located at 12 Krasnopresnenskaya nab., Moscow.

The registration of the persons/entities entitled for participation in the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company will start at 10:00 a.m. Moscow time. The time of the meeting is 2:00 p.m. Moscow time.

The Board of Directors set the date for the preparation of the list of persons/entities entitled for participation in the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of OGK-5 – April 10, 2008.
