About 300 Clients Used Credit by Phone Service from PRAVEX-BANK
OREANDA-NEWS. April 10, 2008. In the course of last month, about 300 clients have already used "Credit by phone" service from PRAVEX-BANK. This service allows the clients to get preliminary decision on consumer credit or credit card issue without leaving home nor spending spare time. More than 90% persons got preliminary positive decision on the possibility to draw up consumer credit or credit card, reported the press-centre of PRAVEX-BANK.
It is to be noted that PRAVEX-BANK introduced "Credit by phone" service in March 2008. To use this service, the client needs to send a SMS to mobile phone number: +38 (067) 548-57-75, having indicated in the text of the message his/her Name, Patronymic and Surname, passport number and ID, and preliminary decision on credit issue will be sent back within 30 minutes.
To draw up a credit, the client needs to contact one of more than 2 000 points of consumer credit issue or the nearest outlet of PRAVEX-BANK, to show the manager received SMS and to get a credit or to draw up a credit card within 30 minutes. SMS cost is equivalent to correspondent mobile operator tariffs.
"Credit by phone" service was introduced with the purpose to improve the conditions for borrowers while credit drawing up as well as to save the time necessary to draw up a credit", — noticed Roman Valesyuk, Senior Vice-Chairman of the Board.
