OREANDA-NEWS. April 10, 2008. IC "ROSNO" is launching a Success Through Healthy Personnel program aimed at promotion of voluntary medical insurance as an efficient business management tool. From April to June 2008, over 30 VMI conferences will be held throughout Russia. The attendees will hear the best ROSNO experts, as well as recruited professionals and officers, whose job involves organization of medical services and public health protection, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The purpose of this project is to establish a ground for discussion of VMI issues by direct participants of this insurance market segment, and to provide potential and actual consumers of this type of insurance services with unique and exhaustive information.

Over 1,500 companies operating in Russia are expected to take part in these conferences.

"Today, availability of corporate VMI coverage often serves as an indicator of how competitive is this or that particular company in the labour market. Yet this is not so much a benefit granted to employees, but rather a personnel management tool. High-quality insurance program not only enables employee incentives, but also makes it possible to resolve such personnel-related issues as controlling the company’s sickness rate, decreasing the quantity of absenteeism cases, and creating a psychologically comfortable atmosphere inside the company. By launching the Success Through Healthy Personnel project, we sought to bring information about this tool maximally closer to those who need it most — chief executives and human resource professionals", comments on the project Mr. Michael Safran, Deputy CEO, Member of the Board of ROSNO.
