OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 April 2008 was announced, that a convenience enterprise is planned to be built on 21 Baykalskaya Street in eastern Moscow.

The two-storey building will comprise a store, a public catering establishment and a domestic service establishment. A car park for customers is also stipulated near the enterprise.

A package of works on building the social object within reasonable time walking is carried out by LLC Stroymontazhinvest under the decision by the district commission and the decision by the land commission.

The documentation enabling the construction is currently being processed.
