On April 08, 2008 Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries JSC (Almaty), the common shares of which are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "B", provided KASE with the official letter which informs that the general meeting of shareholders is to commence April 29, 2008 at 11a.m.; the only question in the agenda of the meeting is making changes and additions in the charter of the company and the confirmation of the charter in its new edition, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The venue of the meeting is at: 38, Tulebaev str., Almaty.

In case of absence of a quorum the recurring general meeting is to be held on April 30, 2008.
