OREANDA-NEWS. On April 07, 2008 "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC summed up the results of the tender for selection of an auditor to perform obligatory audit of the bookkeeping procedures and financial accounts of "UTK" PJSC for 2008, reported the press-centre of UTK.

The Tender Committee announced CJSC “KPMG” a contest winner (Minutes № 4 of 4th April 2008).

According to the Rules of the Contest, its results will be submitted for consideration to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall make recommendations on approval of the Contest winner to the Annual General Shareholders Meeting. The Agreement with the winner of the Tender will be concluded if the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of "UTK" PJSC approves it as the Company’s Auditor.
