OREANDA-NEWS. On April 07, 2008 the Ministry of Economy informed, that in March the AS "Latvijas Krajbanka" was the most active on the privatization certificate market, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

The AS "Latvijas Krajbanka" is followed by "Latvijas Hipoteku un zemes banka" ("The Mortgage bank"), "PS Investments" and "Niko - Loto".

The total transaction amount of those enterprises was 85,3% from the total amount of transactions made during the month. In its turn, the transaction amount made by the AS "Latvijas Krajbanka", "Hipoteku banka" and "PS Investments" comprised 82,1%.

According to the Ministry of Economy, 13 mediatory companies supplied the information about the transactions performed in March.

So far 111,9 million privatization certificates were allocated to the residents.
