OREANDA-NEWS. April 08, 2008. Works to lift the Ukrainian tug boat wrecked in the South China Sea have been launched, press service of the Ukrainian Transport and Communications Ministry told.

The relevant working plan schedule on the Naftogaz-67 lifting is approved by the contract of April 2, 2008 to search for people, lift the ship and clear fairway between a Chinese company responsible for search and rescue operations and Chornomornaftogaz NJSC (Ukraine).

According to the schedule, Naftogaz-67 is expected to be lifted up on April 23, 2008, while on April 27 it is planed to be delivered to the coast.
