OREANDA-NEWS. April 8, 2008. Specialists of Rosenergoatom Concern and contractor organizations have finished to provide engineering and consulting services to Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant during the first planned maintenance of its 1st unit (Mar 26 2007-Mar 13 2008).

They will provide similar services during the maintenance of the 2nd unit, to be started in late Apr 2008.

Rosenergoatom Concern has provided engineering and advisory services of Jiangsu Nuclear Power Corporation under bilateral contract since July 2007.

In order to meet the growing demand for engineering and consulting services, Rosenergoatom Concern, Atomtechenergo, Atomenergoremont and VNIIAES have established a special consortium. On Apr 2–4 representatives of the consortium and Tianwan NPP discussed list of services to be provided to the Chinese party.
