OREANDA-NEWS. April 4, 2008. Inprom plans to issue in 2008 promissory notes totaling 1.5 billion rubles (about \\$63 million at the current exchange rate). A return on the three- and six-month notes will be set in the range between 10.5 % and 12% in 2Q08, and further adjusted depending on the situation on the financial market. The proceeds are to be used for financing working capital. Veles Capital Investment Company is the organizer of the issue.
