OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 April 2008 was announced, that Sevmash established Property and land tenure department. This is one of the most important step of converting FSUE in JSC.

Property and land tenure department is established by order of Director General Nikolay Kalistratov to increase efficiency of property and lands control, as well as to pre-pare SEVMASH for working as opened joint stock company within JSC “United Shipbuilding corporation”. Structurally new department is under control of Deputy Director General for corporate development Sergey Kuchenov, experienced specialist Andrey Golovin is appointed head of department.

FSUE “PO “Sevmash” is converted in JSC "PO "Sevmash" according to Decree of RF President “Regarding open joint stock company “United Shipbuilding corporation” (No.394, dd 21 March 2007). Today all real estate objects, lands, enterprise intellectual property objects are being inventoried. Corresponding documents are prepared and submitted in Federal agency on federal property management. Registration of newly established JSC is planned to be performed within a month.

Board of Directors is established for enterprise management. It will be made from Director General, JSC “OSK” representatives, Industry Federal agency, Federal property management federal agency, Defence Ministry. JSC is going to be FSUE assignee in all questions. Labour agreements won’t be concluded, collective agreement will remain in force, all social guarantees will be valid. Corresponding records will be made in work record cards of employees automatically.

Further JSC “PO “Sevmash” will be a part of JSC “Northern Shipbuilding and shiprepairing center”, one of three subholdings JSC “United shipbuilding corporation”. Process of establishing this megastructure is planned to be finished in 2009.
