OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 April 2008 was announced, that the best top-managers had been called on the awarding ceremony of All-Ukrainian rating “TOP-100” from the publication “Ekonomika”. This year the list of leaders of bakery branch has been headed by general director of OJSC “Concern “Khlibprom”, Vadym Vyshnevskyy.

In the general rating of the hundred best top-managers of Ukraine from "TOP-100" Vadym Vyshnevskyy took the 43-d place.

The participants of rating - heads of the hugest enterprises of the bakery branch have awarded places in the candidate’s rating by way of the evaluation of each other in accordance with a ten-grade scale according to some characteristics - prestige and leadership qualities; skills of development of the enterprise’s positive image; efficient using of modern methods in the sphere of management, production, finances and take-off, innovation, availability of clear development strategy; carrying out of efficient personnel and social policy; positive dynamics of the enterprise’s development and increase in stock value of the enterprise, mobilization of investments.

Vadym Vyshnevskyy is at the head of OJSC “Concern “Khlibprom” since the day of its incorporation. “Concern “Khlibprom” has joined under his direction 14 famous bread-baking plants and 3 centers of grain production in five regions of Ukraine in its staff. At present owing to the innovation approach to management, concern is the breakthrough manufacturing union oriented on international experience of conduct of business. The very “Concern “Khlibprom” has become the first bakery enterprise in Ukraine, with which International Financial Corporation (IFC) commenced cooperation and signed loan agreement. Concern is developing strategy of long-term development, improving system of financial control and logistics as well as adopting of HACCP with the help of IFC. International consultants are working in the traditional style on the basis of the company as well as audit of concern’s financial statements is carried out in accordance with international standards by the specialists of the company “Ernst & Young”. Company of one of the first has commenced negotiations concerning stock floatation of the company on the stock exchange in Warsaw, in particular according to the brokers’ proposal “CA IB Unicredit group” and “IDMSA”.

OJSC “Concern Khlibprom” has been demonstrating its positive dynamics of development within its activities. For the last four years the enterprise’s assets have been increased sixfold (up to 420,6 million UAH), production output is increased twice (up to 248 million), net profit is increased 6,6 times (up to 383,8 million).

At present personnel of the company’s enterprises makes up 5 thousand specialists. Company draws huge attention to organization development; “Concern Khlibprom” is one of the first, who introduced international standards of management in its activity through adoption of “the Code of corporate administration”. Vyshnevskyy Vadym Antonovych persists in his interests of the branch in the ranks of All-Ukrainian association of bakers and is a vice-president.

In general 730 directors of the biggest companies of Ukraine have taken part in rating “TOP-100. Best managers of Ukraine”. Poll has been carried out among them within the last four months.
