OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 April 2008 was announced, that the main topic of the Second Specialized Business Forum "Catering Director 2008" is "operating and marketing decisions for effective market development and increasing profitability of catering industry operators". The forum is held in Milan Hotel, Moscow on April, 3-5. The event gathered more than 350 participants, including senior managers and owners of catering companies.

The Forum also hosts the In-flight Catering Conference. A representative of Domodedovo Air Service, the in-flight catering facility of Moscow International Airport Domodedovo will make a presentation focusing on specific features of in-flight food production, cost reduction, applied technologies, and composition and packing of meals.

The Forum participants will be invited to visit Domodedovo in-flight catering facility, where they will see the production process, including the cook-and-chill technology. During the tour, the facility’s modern equipment and soft drinks filling department will be demonstrated.
