OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 April 2008 was announced, that TriGranit Development Corporation intends to invest in the construction of Mozaika retail and entertainment centre in Moscow.

According to the investment and development company, an architectural concept of the complex has been elaborated by American Altoon & Porter. The Russian participant of the projecting is Spektrum group of companies.

A partner of TriGranit in developing the project, functioning also as a customer, is Moscow's OST Group (the subsidiary of Mosinzhstoy).

Mozaika is to be located at the intersection of the third ring road and Yuzhnoportovaya Street and Velozavodskaya Street.

The three-level complex with the total area of 134,000 square metres will contain a hypermarket, an appliance shop, a 9-hall multiplex, a food court and a number of retail outlets and services.

The rented space will equal 64,000 square metres.

A car park for 2,500 parking spaces is also stipulated by the project.

The construction of Mozaika retail and entertainment centre is scheduled to be completed in late 2009.

According to the estimate by Mikhail Gets, manager of Novoe Kachestvo, the investment in the project may work out about \\$250 million.
