OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 April 2008 was announced, that ANK URALSIB states that some mass media exposed incorrectly the information on the Bank 2007 financial results under IFRS.

The Bank accurates some data on its 2007 IFRS financial results published by some mass media. The Bank representatives announced some preliminary figures from unaudited 2007 financial statements under IFRS. The BANK URALSIB consolidated IFRS financial statements and independent auditors’ report for the year ended December 31st, 2007, will be published in the second half of May 2008.

Please, note that according to the BANK URALSIB consolidated IFRS financial statements for the year ended December 31st, 2006, total assets amounted to 305.6 bln rubles, pre-tax income – 5.7 bln rubles, net income – 4.2 bln rubles. In accordance with current plans the Bank intends to increase international funding by about \\$US 1 bln in 2008.
