OREANDA-NEWS. April 3, 2008. Nikolay Spasskiy has been appointed as deputy director general of Rosatom, Viktor Ratnikov – as deputy director general, head of staff (formerly, Spasskiy was deputy director general, while Ratnikov was assistant to the head of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy).

Tamara Vorobyova has been appointed as director of the Finance and Accounting Department-chief accountant (formerly, she was head of the Finance and Accounting Department of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy).

Igor Konyshev has been appointed as director of the Department for Work with NGOs and Regions (formerly, he was advisor of the head of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy-secretary of the Rosatom Public Council).

Sergey Kruppo has been appointed as director of the Personnel Management Department (formerly, he was the head of the Personnel, Social and Regional Policy Department of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy).

Alexander Nikolin has been appointed as director of the Administrative Department (formerly, he was assistant to the head of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy)

Sergey Novikov has been appointed as director of the Press Service Department (formerly, he was assistant to the head of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy).

Maxim Peshkov has been appointed as director of the Monitoring, Economic Forecasting, Planning and Budget Department (formerly, he was the head of the Department for Budgetary Planning, State Contracts and Development Programs of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy).

Andrey Silkin has been appointed as director of the Property Management Department (formerly, he was the head of the Administrative Department of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy).

Vladimir Sinitsyn has been appointed as director of the Nuclear Energy Complex Department (formerly, he was advisor of the head of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy).

The following people have been appointed as advisors of the Director General of Rosatom:

— Vladimir Kutsenko (formerly, assistant to the head of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy)
— Nikolay Malov (formerly, advisor of the head of the Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy)
— Viktor Opekunov (formerly, the chairman of the Sub-Committee on Nuclear Energy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation).
