Why Value-Added Services Experience of Low Demand
OREANDA-NEWS. April 3, 2008. The situation is paradoxical: almost every day operators try to boom the market with new offerings, however SMS is the most popular service so far. Here the question arises – why do VAS not enjoy high demand?
To answer the question, we should reformulate it by shifting the focus – why are VAS being sold ineffectively? This wording easily reveals the reasons. For example, one of them is that the operator lacks the control over the entire chain of selling services, another – lack of synergy between products (cross-discounting, loyalty programs, including several services), and other.
