On April 02, 2008 Alliance Leasing JSC (Almaty), the securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the copy of the certificate of the state re-registration of the company dated March 20, 2008 in accordance with which the new name of the company is "Alternative Finances joint-stock company", reported the press-centre of KASE.
