On 02 April 2008 was announced, that Interdistrict Inspection of the Federal Taxation Service No. 46 in Moscow amended the Uniform State Register Of Legal Entities with regard to termination of DGCs’ activity as a result of their consolidation with IDGC. In accordance with the Federal law "On State Registration Of Legal Entities In The Uniform State Register Of Legal Entities”, an entry was made on reorganization of the Open Joint-Stock Company "Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Centre" in the form of consolidation.
IDGC of Centre consolidates the following companies: Belgorodenergo, Bryanskenergo, Voronezhenergo, Kurskenergo, Kostromaenergo, Lipetskenergo, Tverenergo, Smolenskenergo, Orelenergo, Tambovenergo, and Yarenergo.

Let us remind that consolidation of the above named companies with IDGC of Centre and their transition to the united share marks completion of the IDGC of Centre target structure formation.

On 20 March 2008, the meeting of the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia registered additional issues and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertificated shares of IDGC of Centre . Registration of IDGC shares at the stock exchanges of RTS and MICEX Stock Exchange in the sector of non-listed securities should take place in May-June 2008.

From 31 March 2008, all managing directors of the network companies are moved to the IDGC of Centre's positions as Deputies General Director - Directors of Branches of IDGC of Centre:
