OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 April 2008 was announced, that on 3 April 2008, at 14-00, a joint press conference of the company's top managers and representatives of leading banks takes place in IDGC of Centre.

This meeting will clarify details of the IDGC of Centre's credit gaining transaction for a sum of 10.5 billion rubles.
 
Let us remind that on 27 March the Management Board of RAO UES of Russia as the unique shareholder of IDGC of Centre, made a decision at the extraordinary general shareholders meeting on attraction of credit resources for financing of industrial economic and investment activity.
 
Representatives of IDGC of Centre and JSCB "Bank of Moscow', JSCB "Rosbank", CJSC "Raffaizenbank", JSB "ORGRESBANK" will take part in the press conference.
