OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 April 2008 was announced, that the residential buildings with the total area of 60,200 square metres are to be built in neighbourhood 34 of Pechatniki area, southeast Moscow, at the expense of the city budget.

“The construction of housing is planned to be launched this year,” an employee of the city mayor’s office of Moscow said.

According to the source, Moscow’s department of municipal order of capital construction is assigned to design and build the domestic houses.

The housing is to be built within the 2nd stage of development of the neighbourhood.
