OREANDA-NEWS. April 2, 2008. 22 specialists from Tatarstan power company ranked first in the nomination "Labor Honor of Russia" for results of All-Russia competition, organized under sponsorship of the Council of Federation of the Federal Meeting of RF. The Chairman of the Council Sergey Mironov highly appreciated the participants. The winners were awarded with Diplomas and awards "Gratitude by the Council of Federation of FM of RF", equal to medal "Labor Veteran", and books with completion theses published. The ball of winners and ceremony of awarding were held in the Column Hall of Cultural Center of Military Forces of Russian Federation.

The competition, sponsored by State Duma of RF, federal ministries and departments, trade unions and heads of the regions has to increase the standing of the labor professions, attract youth to labor professions, assist with deficiency of staff and expansion of advanced expertise.

The selection of the best was conducted in three stages: at the level of company, region and All-Russia competition. The applications and contents of the competition materials of Tatarstan specialists from CHP, GRES, HPP were named the best. The competitors presented the two theses: "Which Russia I need" and "What did National Programs bring to me and to my family". Tatarstan workers prepared performance that included: demonstration of flag of Republic, slide-show, devoted to Tatarstan, story of the company and plants, at which they work. He Tatar dance finished the event.

As sys the young participator Oxana Yelizarova, electricians for repair and servicing the automatics and measuring devices of Zainsk GRES, workers from Tatarstan power holding were a real close and friendly team. "Special interest in the other participants cause the fact that our delegation was presented basically by men. In total the atmosphere was very kind. These competitions have to become tradition", – she says.

The most experienced staff was Florit Tahouevich Shaigardanov, electrician of relays from Nizhnekamsk electrical networks. His work experience in then power system is 31 years. He shared his thoughts: "This is useful event: especially for expertise exchange. As the best of the best gathered. The delegations from various regions helped each other in Moscow, enjoyed at their team members and at their associates – relative specialists fro the other power systems. For example, Tatarstan workers befriended the representatives from Mari-El and Kalmykia".
