OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2008. President Vladimir Putin signed a law extending the terms of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between Russia and the European Union to Bulgaria and Romania.

The federal law provides for the ratification of the Protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the Russian Federation and the European Union to their member states. The Protocol takes into account the fact that Bulgaria and Romania have now joined the European Union.
