OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 April 2008 was announced, that TBC Bank and top international financial institution Merrill Lynch signed a loan agreement worth USD 100m. TBC Bank has managed to raise stunning funds from western capital markets. The transaction was achieved by the help of Merrill Lynch.
