OREANDA-NEWS. On March 26, 2008 Ulyanovsk branch of OJSC ROSNO has paid an insurance compensation of 1,157,890 roubles under the concluded combined mortgage insurance contract due to an insured accident — disability of the borrower, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The accident and sickness insurance policy issued for the comprehensive mortgage insurance protection covered the following risks: death caused by accident, death caused by natural reasons, permanent and complete loss of general working ability due to an accident with ascertainment of I or II disability groups, permanent and complete loss of general working ability due to natural reasons with ascertainment of I or II disability groups, temporary complete loss of general working ability due to an accident.

The payment has been remitted to the bank that had issued this particular mortgage loan, in the amount fully covering the loan principal. The borrower’s disability ensued as a result of a disease. The insurance compensation has been paid under the risk "Permanent and complete loss of general working ability due to natural reasons with ascertainment of I or II disability groups".

The above event has been recognized as an insured accident, and the insurance compensation has been paid in full.
