OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2008. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), based on Articles 11, 33 and 35 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" recognized that the draft agreement between "Vimm-Bill-Dann Produkty Pitania [Foods]" OJSC with its distributors complies with the antimonopoly legislation, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The draft agreement, approved by FAS Russia, regulates company-distributors relationship with regard to the terms of sale and pricing policy in the whole Russian Federation.

The company approached FAS Russia with the petition on agreement approval (notification). In November 2007. "Vimm-Bill-Dann Foods" OJSC became one of the first economic entities successfully completed the notification procedures with the Antimonopoly Service.
