The Shareholders of Belarusian-Russian Belgazprombank Joint Stock are considering ten items of the agenda, including 2007 Performance Report prepared by the Management Board and Audit Commission, sponsor activities for 2008 and approval of the Belgazprombank’s Strategic Plan for 2008-2011, as well as the increasing of Belgazprombank’s equity through subscription to the seventh issue of shares.
