OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2008 was announced, that an observation deck with a restaurant is to be set up on the roof of Gostiny Dvor, Aleksander Kuzmin, head of Moskomarkhitektura, declared a press conference on March 26.

“We will set up an observation deck and open a restaurant there. It will be likelihood fast food, the observation desk where it is possible to have a bite to eat,” Mr Kuzmin explained.

The official also added that shortly a hotel would be located in the side wing of Gostiny Dvor looked on Rybny Pereulok.

The head of Moskomarkhitektura informed that Petrovsky Itinerary Palace set to be a hotel and a place of excursions would be commissioned in 2008.

Mr Kuzmin said that 21 schools of arts and 18 objects combining the functions of club and library would be built in the city within the program of development of social infrastructure of Moscow scheduled till 2012.
