OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2008 Financial Corporation URALSIB announced that the banking team was strengthened by a number of new key appointments of managers with substantial experience. Mark Temkin is appointed the Chief Executive Director for Investment Banking and Konstantin Vaysman is appointed the Chief Executive Director for Strategy.

Mark Temkin (33) graduated from the Moscow State University in 1995. He started his investment banking career as an economist in 1995 at Bank Asia-Trust. In 1995-1997 he occupied a position of a senior and later chief economist at Eskol-Bank (renamed to Expobank). In 1997 Mark Temkin joined Rinako Plus (integrated into Investment Banking Group “NIKoil”). In 2002 he was appointed the Head of equity sales department at the broker Company “NIKoil”.
 
Since 2005 Mark Temkin occupies a position of Executive Director, the Head of share operations business division of Investment Banking Department at FC URALSIB. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Russian Trading System (RTS).
Konstantin Vaysman (38) graduated from the State Academy of Management in 1992 and Business School of Chicago University in 2007 (MBA program).
Konstantin Vaysman has a 15 years relevant experience in the banking sector. In 1993-1996 he worked for Toribank as the Head of financial analysis department, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. In 1996-2003 he occupied a position of the Head of financial analysis and planning department, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Moscow Credit Bank, in 2003-2005 – Chairman of the Management Board at Rosevrobank. Since 2005 till 2007 Konstantin Vaysman was a member of the Board of Directors of Rosevrobank.

Crimea TITAN CJSC participated in action and gained appreciation from the all-Ukrainian action organizing committee to become the winner of the "Leader of Goods and Services of Ukraine 2007" action. Viktor Yuschenko, the President of Ukraine, presented the company with the crystal cup for “Contribution for economic advance of the state”.

Award presentation was attended by government agents, people's deputies of Ukraine. Award presentation was accompanied by festive concert from people's artists and honored artists of Ukraine.
