OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2008 Dalenergosbyt announced, that it proceeds the limitations of the electric power supply of JSC Dalnerechensky elektro service

Limitations of electric power supply in relation to JSC Dalnerechensky electroservice will be renewed by Dalenergosbyt today at 14 o’clock. The enterprise-reseller provides electric power supply in the territory of the city of Dalnerechensk, part of the Dalnerechensk region and in a number of villages of Krasnoarmeysky and Pozharsky region. The debt accumulated by the whole- reseller, has not been settled in full and for the present day surpasses 19 millions of rubles.

It will be noted that the limitations in electric power supply of the enterprise-reseller had been temporally stopped by request of the head of Administration of Dalnerechesky Urban District. However the negotiation process with the directorate of JSC Dalnerechesky electroservice has not provided any positive results. Dalenergosbyt has not received any guarantees of payment and schedule of the multimillion indebtedness payments from the part of the whole-reseller.

In compliance with the active law the electric power company has to impose restrictions of electric power supply at the substation of JSC Dalnerechesky electroservice. More over the legality of actions of Dalenergosbyt in relation to JSC Dalnerechensky electroservice, confirmed by the decisions of the Arbitration Court of Primorsky region, do not give rise to any doubts.

In the conditions of restrictions of electric power supply, Dalnerechensky electroservice has in compliance with the law independently reduce the load, redistributing it in such a way so that it would not influence fair consumers and socially important units.

However 18 March the responsible employees of Dalnerechesky electroservice upon getting notification about restrictions did not assume any measures for securing electric power supply. In the result the admissible load level was surpassed that led to electric power black out of the consumers in the village Guberovo, Pozharskoe and part of the Dalnerechensky urban district.

It will be noted that the shortfall is not a rare case in the territory, in which the electric power supplier is whole-reseller JSC Dalnerechensky electroservice and the reason of it is unfair performance of payment obligations for the purchased from JSC Dalenergosbyt electric power.
