OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2008. The European Bank on Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) grants a credit of USD 139.3 million to three special-purpose companies that will possess three shopping centers in Ukraine and be involved in their operation.

These three companies were set up in Ukraine and are fully owned by the developing company Expert Capital S.A. registered in Luxembourg, the EBRD reported.
