On 27 March 2008 was announced, that by the decision of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russian Federation as of 6 March 2008 the reports about the results of additional issue of the ordinary registered uncertificated shares of the open joint stock Far Eastern Energy Company placed by means of conversion the ordinary registered uncertificated and privileged shares of JSC South –Yakutia Energy Company have been registered. The state registry numbers of additional issues are -01-55275-Е-001D and 1-01-55275-Е-002D as of 29.11.2007.

The number of the of shares of additional issue, state registry number 1-01-55275-Е-001D: 134 175 419 (one hundred four million one hundred seventy five thousand four hundred nineteen ) pieces with the nominal value 1 (ruble) each.
