On 27 March 2008 was announced, that in Astana passes the Innovative forum concerning steady development with participation of president of Microsoft on region of Central and the East Europe Vakhe Torrosyan. As he said, the level of a piracy in Kazakhstan annually decreases on four items, that positively affects attraction of foreign investments. The IT-market of republic is attractive and to Microsoft company which estimates the stay on it in a 20 percent parameter. At the same time, V.Torrosyan has noted, that there is a deficiency of experts. So at the need of Kazakhstan for seven-eight thousand professionals, annually is issued only one and a half thousand students on this structure.
